Brunswick Crossing, a master-planned community located in Brunswick, Maryland, had an aging website. Led by creative manager Erik Pitzer, Illumine8 took years worth of user data and mapped out a cleaner, more intuitive online presence for the community amidst a brand refresh. New tools such as an interactive community site plan and home selection tool were woven into the redesign alongside content optimization and smarter lead workflows.
Brunswick Crossing’s website had become outdated and was no longer up to industry standards. Years worth of minor “add-ons” muddled the user experience and was directly impacting conversions, traffic, and the community’s brand.
