This project involved building a new website with a custom design that would align with the organization's branding and the need for optimal user experience for different stakeholders with application forms, donation platform integration, directory and resources listing using the HubDB.
The organization had an outdated website – they needed to provide a better website experience for their personas and one that could incorporate a new inbound marketing program.
Starting with an understanding of the buyer persona and all stakeholders for this organization, we created a custom theme that could be managed and grown by the internal marketing team. Various functionalities were customized in HubSpot, including a resources list using HubDB, location directory using a third party module, custom multi-step forms and a donation platform integration.
The solution provided resulted in a contemporary, professionally designed website optimized user experience, with streamlined functionality and ease of use for the marketing team.
