Idea Grove, a unified PR and marketing agency, underwent a brand refresh including a new website powered by CMS Hub. We used our trust-centered web design philosophy, which operates on a simple principle: If visitors don’t believe you, nothing else matters. This focus on trust is built into our DNA as an agency with roots in public relations and thought leadership marketing. The goal was to incorporate the voice of our clients to tell our story and describe the services we offer.
The commitment to put our clients’ needs first meant the previous Idea Grove website had been neglected and was out of date. It lacked dynamic visual elements and did not effectively communicate how we help clients through our core values.
Our previous website was very static, so we introduced an updated brand look and feel with more dynamic elements. We created a custom animation for our home page to help visualize organic growth and create a cohesive visual story. Throughout the website, we used quotes from our customers to tell our story.
With the launch of our new website, we introduced an updated, modernized brand that reflects the evolution of our agency and our customer-first approach to our work. We streamlined UX and introduced easier navigation to improve the experience.
