Overview:

Zii target people who are autonomous, who want to do everything themselves (analyze, plan their trip, book by themselves). They have a self service approach and revenues are managed by users licence. They already had a platform in place, but they needed an extra push to stimulate the purchase of the app. Globalia was mandated to work on phase 1 of the redesign of the website. The objective was to quickly be able to show that the app is easy to use and that it meets customer’s needs.

Problem the company had:

The main issue of Zii Travel was that nothing was in place to generate leads. As a startup, nothing from a marketing point of view was properly set up. The absence of a digital strategy to attract leads was the starting point for Globalia’s experts.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

Globalia’s challenge was to create a website with a 100% CMS Hub strategy using the bare minimum to build a lead acquisition strategy (GDD). Globalia worked on a marketing strategy by focusing on creating relevant personas and their buyer’s journey, and benchmarked the competition. With a one-pager kind of website structure, potential customers quickly have access to the essentials: the description of the app, its benefits, and the different types of subscriptions offered.

3 months since the new site has been launched and we can already notice an increase in lead generation.
