Overview:

Complete website redesign into the HubSpot Content Hub. Home Listings/Directory developed using the HubSpot Blog module for easy editing and creation of new home listings by the customer. Clean design with luxury feel, and simple programming to allow the customer to manage content on an ongoing basis.

Problem the company had:

The previous website didn’t convey the luxury experience that this real estate project required. There were many SEO issues. The biggest challenge was to have the ability to add, remove & edit homes in a directory without custom programming.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

301 redirects were implemented and SEO issues were fixed as soon as the new site went live. A home listings directory was implemented by using the HubSpot Blog module. This made for easy editing and creation of new home listings by the customer.

Results:

The website’s organic traffic has been growing consistently since the new website was launched, the conversion rate has also increased & now this website is a tool for their sales team to showcase homes remotely and through email and social media.
