The project included two phases: Website design, focusing on UX and lead generation, and messaging overhaul to align with brand values. Launched in September 2023, the new site was optimised for growth, streamlining marketing activities and positioning Millbrook as a leader in commercial finance solutions.

Millbrook Business Finance needed to modernise its website for better design, functionality and navigation. The old site lacked CRM integrations and data visibility, limiting Marketing and Sales teams' ability to execute strategies and hinder growth.
The Hubspot Content Hub solution:
Inbound FinTech rebuilt Millbrook's website on HubSpot Content Hub, integrating a custom finance calculator and Red Flag Alert API for accurate company data. The site was designed to enhance user experience, streamline conversion paths, and boost lead generation. HubSpot’s CRM was fully utilized, with custom forms and middleware ensuring seamless data flow. Additionally, IFT implemented a Messaging and Tone of Voice strategy for consistent branding, improving marketing, sales, and operations.
