About Surge
Surge is a startup accelerator in the Houston, Texas area that provides startups with seed capital and access to program benefits in return for equity. They have recently started using HubSpot design tools to create a truly impressive new website. It includes all of the design goodies you could ever imagine, like parallax scrolling throughout the site, multiple slideshows, and a customized menu.
