As part of its website redesign, iQCU wanted to create a better, more user-friendly location finder that customers could use to get branch information. SmartBug Media’s challenge was to build a tool with HubDB that was functionally operational on multiple devices as well as easy to use for credit union customers.

Problem the company had:

With more than a dozen branches spread out around the greater Vancouver, Washington, area, iQCU needed an interactive way for website and mobile users to find locations, get directions and hours, and see what services are offered at each.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

The development team at SmartBug® used HubDB to design the new branch finder. The new location tool has a clean look that matches other visual elements of the iQCU website. The UX offers a multiple search functionalities: To instantly get branch information, customers can click on a mapped “pin”, type in a city or ZIP code, click on a “Find Me” button that returns a result based on the user’s current location, or scroll down to an alphabetical list if they already know which branch they want.

Results:

The new location finder gives users a plethora of ways to find the branch information they need quickly, with no fuss and no glitches. The tool also seamlessly functions as part of the overall redesigned iQCU website.
