KAJ embarked on a brand refresh aimed to emphasize the heart of their business and new tagline, Here for People, and their website needed to follow suit. Bleak photos of properties and clunky navigation evolved to a web experience featuring contemporary typography and colors, ample white space and visuals that feature exceptional spaces and people—guests, employees, and partners—that make this company shine. We added map and search functions, careers page and a simpler navigation.

The Hubspot CMS solution:
We designed a brand forward experience that centered around KAJ’s Here for People tagline and the hospitality and service they’re known for. Refined search and map functions provide an easy and productive customer experience, while dynamic careers content shares the KAJ experience with future employees. Innovative use of the HubSpot platform helped to showcase each property, and it’s unique attributes, in a fresh and inviting way. A blog is used to share industry news and thought leadership.
We saw an immediate increase in brand awareness among employees, leadership, and partners. The site was instrumental to communicate employee value and owner commitment during COVID-19, which took much of the business offline in 2020.
