Content Hub helps increase organic contacts 429% in one year

Overview:

Although Springs was using HubSpot for landing pages and blogs, the need was a supportive website and CMS, allowing for content flexibility and continued growth as Springs expanded into more communities. The new website elevates the brand from both an esthetic standpoint and lets Springs make updates easily. The HubDB allows properties to be filtered for simple searching, as well as the ability to explore floorplan modules and take 3D virtual tours, especially useful during a global pandemic.

Problem the company had:

Springs’ website template, used by many property real estate companies, didn’t allow for quick editing of photos and content. A new look would attract prospective residents, and increased functionality would connect better with current residents.

After examining Springs’ existing site, customer experience, and growth goals, it was decided to transform to Content Hub. This gave the client the ability to add everything needed to their website and attract new residents as the company expands. The CMS makes it easy for Springs to test a new website feature or section in one community before adding it to new communities. Today, using the Growth-Driven Design philosophy, the website goes through continual, monthly improvement cycles.

Results:

Just a single month after the redesigned site launched, overall traffic increased by 42%. Comparing year over year numbers, Springs’ new organic contacts increased 429% from June 2019 to June 2020, allowing for paid ad spending to decrease.
