Overview:
Compleat Software had a total of four websites live, each on a different CMS. As part of a wider Inbound Marketing, PR, PPC and SEO programme, we built them a brand new, fully SEO-optimised website with custom built templates, which consolidated the four sites and brought them onto Content Hub where the team can now easily add new content and manage the site.
Problem the company had:
The team couldn’t produce enough content to keep all four websites up to date and as a result, their SEO performance was poor. Also, each site was on a separate CMS so they were having to use multiple systems and were reliant on a third party agency.
The Hubspot Content Hub solution:
To solve this problem, we agreed upon a consolidated sitemap which would bring together all four websites. We recommended using Content Hub so that the team had only one CMS to manage, it was easy to use and meant they weren’t reliant on a third party to make updates. Furthermore, they were migrating their sales and marketing activities away from Marketo and SalesForce and into HubSpot, so this gave them an all-on-one solution across all teams.
Results:
They now have just one website on one CMS, with a standout design. The team finds HubSpot and the templates we’ve created easy to use, so they are no longer reliant on third party support, and the website is performing well in terms of SEO and conversions.
