Bermudiana needed a way to list all their available properties that could be automatically updated to make the experience of finding the right condo easier for their customers.

Problem the company had:

Bermudiana had no way of informing customers on their website, other than manually updating to identify if properties were sold or reserved.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

A new page was created to list all properties that were available. The page was built with a combination of HubDB and custom javascript to allow visitors to filter properties based on their needs. This includes the size of condo and also whether the properties are available. This information all pulls through dynamically. The next phase is to optimise this page further to improve upon the customer experience. The team at Bermudiana are saying that this is the project's biggest achievement to date.

Results:

We had our first prospect come through 3 days after launch who actively referred to it and instantly wanted to put down a $5,000 deposit before speaking. The total value of the sale is $430,000.
