Overview:

For nearly eight months we worked side by side with Lola's marketing, sales and engineering teams to redesign their site into a user focused lead generation asset. On the cusp of raising their Series C funding, Lola reached out to ensure the site was redesigned to reflect their company, product and culture. Shortly after project completion in 2019 Lola secured a $37M round led by General Catalyst and Accel Partners.

Problem the company had:

The current site was outdated, difficult to navigate and limited in its lead generation opportunities. Lola knew they needed to take the next step in the site's evolution in order to achieve both their short and long term lead gen objectives.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

We took a close look at buyer behavior and lead profiles to design and develop a site that not only provided visitors with an understanding of Lola's product, but more importantly facilitated the buyers journey. The redesign entailed a complete overhaul of the website and all pages, blog, landing pages and conversion elements. The finished product not only increased leads and conversions, but also helped to elevate Lola's reputation as the #1 travel management app today.

Results:

Lead generation was increased over 300%. User interaction and time spent on page drastically increased due to the UX redesign and implementation of the buyers journey. Lead product awareness and understanding increased.
