The Professionals Real Estate Group is an organisation not afraid of doing things differently. So when the time came to address numerous issues with their legacy platform, they turned to Engaging Partners. Stuck with a highly bespoke CRM that manages property listings, we needed to find a way to draw that data out and present a new 'shop front' for the national brand. The result? Problem the company had:

The client's digital platform was holding them back on numerous levels - brand, UX, SEO, administration nightmares and the cost of maintaining 30+ sites. We needed a solution to move them forward, whilst retaining the existing property listing CRM.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

The power of HubDB, a highly sophisticated custom integration (middleware) and a data API enabled the build-out of key lead-generating functionalities. Property listings are drawn from the legacy CRM via custom middleware feeding into HubDB tables. This allows sales agents to manage property listings 'BAU' but ensures listings are searchable and displayed beautifully in the new HubSpot website. An API feeds third-party data to the site providing visitors with real-time property valuations.

Results:

Since the new site went live: - Sessions up 40% - 300% increase in new contacts - 200% increase in landing page performance Overall, year-on-year growth in leads, marketing qualified leads, converting to opportunities and listed properties.
