Redesign Increases Online Orders 3x for Denver restaurant

Overview:

The project consisted of a ground-up website redesign on to the HubSpot CMS platform. We went through full strategy and creative to come up with strategic conversion paths that highlighted their online ordering and catering services. Additionally, we developed an online pantry with Shopify and integrated the two platforms for full visibility and deep sales analytics. Through these efforts, we not only helped Tocabe stay afloat, but thrive during an unprecedented time with the the Covid pandemic.

Problem the company had:

Restaurants were struggling with reduced capacity mandates due to Covid-19. Some restaurants were forced to close entirely. Tocabe needed to increase online/takeout orders and drive more customers through those channels.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

Re-Platform, Redesign and Develop a Customer-Centric Website with Multiple Revenue Streams. Showcase the locations with one-click access to maps and directions for increased takeout orders. We updated the menu UX to show what is available without requiring a PDF download. We leveraged HubSpot CTAs to connect users with the Chow Now online ordering platform, and developed a multi step form for catering. We then developed a Shopify store & integrated it with HubSpot for total sales visibility.

Results:

In less than a year, we had 514 new organic opt-ins and 94 catering orders submitted through the site. We had a 24.7% click rate on our menu CTAs and reduced bounce rates <50% for organic traffic. And drove $7k through Shopify in the first month.
