Overview:

Working with UKSV, Intergage helped to turn their website's focus to be experience-centred, rather than centring the process of putting on an event. This opened up the possibility of a brand new messaging framework and enabled us to introduce very energetic, people focused imagery, video and content to their online presence. The website's pages had a total overhaul to ensure they enhanced the visitor experience and aligned with the way UKSV aim to sell their services.

Problem the company had:

UKSV were already using HubSpot Content Hub Starter. However, the constraints on page numbers prevented them from adding new content. And due to a low functionality theme, a lack of creative layouts had led to a static website with poor messaging and UX.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

Upgrading UKSV to CMS Professional and using a ready-to-go theme enabled us to re-develop the site quickly, providing multiple creative layouts that the client could use for each page - expanding their versatility. The content was fully re-written, embracing a new tone and becoming far more outcome-focused for their prospects. Imagery, especially video, was integrated into the pages to help showcase what UKSV offers, and to increase the dynamic.

Results:

UKSV have a website that now reflects both their customer-centric approach to events, the way they go about delivering these and, most importantly, the benefits to the client as a result.
