Overview:

I migrated my site from WordPress to HubSpot Content Hub to use dynamic CRM integration. Now, my CRM data connects directly to the site, creating tailored experiences that drive engagement and conversions. With HubSpot’s CMS, I can display custom content based on user behavior, so visitors see relevant offers and information. Built-in analytics give me insights into visitor interactions to help me improve continuously. This CRM integration also supports my marketing and sales efforts.

Problem the company had:

I faced a significant challenge with my previous WordPress website: I couldn’t easily connect my CRM data to the site. This lack of integration limited my ability to provide personalized, relevant content to visitors.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

To solve the problem, I built a solution using custom CRM objects and dynamic pages in HubSpot Content Hub. This allows for easy association of objects, enabling a seamless flow of data. I utilized GraphQL to create custom modules that pull relevant data directly into the site. This dynamic setup lets me display tailored content on various pages, including blogs and landing pages, ensuring visitors receive personalized experiences.

Results:

The new website elevates my digital brand, offering intuitive and unique UX Design and deep CRM integration. Its scalable, editable build allows me to evolve the site ensuring long-term adaptability.
