After HubSpot's release of the Content Hub, we knew an overhaul of our existing drag and drop templates was imminent. We started by working with our in-house design team to come up with an in-depth brand refresh, including vibrant new gradients to differentiate content for each of our industry verticals. Our designers then worked in detail to redesign each of our existing website templates, and our development team then built each page out on the HubSpot Content Hub, using the content staging tool.
Our main public-facing problem was the look and feel of a website that didn't quite fit our evolving brand personality and modern approach to marketing. Behind the scenes, the way our website was initially built on HubSpot DnD had become outdated.
Our solution was to put resources into building a brand new site for ourselves, while maintaining content, SEO value & domain authority build up over more than a decade in business. We used the content staging tool inside HubSpot to build out all of our new pages with new Templates on a new Theme, keeping the code clean and fresh and the existing site free of any piecemeal updates while we switched into the new Content Hub.
The first month after the launch of our new site brought a 30% increase year-over-year in new contacts, and continued rising since, with a 56% increase in the last month. Overall, we look more modern, and ready for clients in our intended vertical.
