In the last 10 years, D-BOX went through 8 websites. This time, to focus on a lead-gen strategy, they needed to create a website that would demonstrate and define their abilities on an efficient, easy-to-manage and secure CMS platform. To optimize the user experience, they created a self-service knowledge base that would help solve customer problems. Being in 6 industries, the marketing team had to be efficient, they centralized their efforts with the right marketing tools (list, dashboard, LP).
Problem the company had:
D-BOX’s entire website wasn’t intuitive, there was no autonomy in managing content, a lack in the user experience and the service offering was not clear. They also had too many phone calls coming through the customer service department.
The Hubspot Content Hub solution:
Globalia developed the website entirely with custom modules on HubSpot's CMS, offering the flexibility D-BOX was looking for while providing a personalized and secure experience. The UI/UX were improved to help the navigation and to increase conversions. Globalia proposed a new content structure and navigation menus, they used smart content features, built-in SEO tools, multilingual content, and more. Today, all sectors have their place on the home page, and each has an adapted content structure
Results:
D-BOX had great success with 140% increase in users, 100% increase in page views, reduce the page load time by 54% and increase by 188% in organic traffic. They achieved a 305% increase in goal completion and 1,752% increase in the number of leads.
