The initial project was to redesign the front-facing site. Soon, we discovered that there was much more needed. We had to integrate their site with HubSpot, Salesforce, their eComm platform and their customer loyalty program. Through implementing chatbots for preorders and leveraging on-location, tablet-only landing pages with multi-step HubSpot forms, we were able to increase their organic opt-ins significantly.

Blum dispensaries had an outdated site and a disconnected tech stack. Through a strategic redesign, we helped elevate their brand and increase user engagement through innovative use of several different HubSpot functionalities.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

We designed a brand forward user experience that centered around their two primary personas. Through innovative use of the HubSpot platform, we used many different functionalities like chatbots for preorders, nurturing workflows for new organic opt-ins, API integrations with their connected tech stack, a blog for thought leadership, and on-location lead magnets for opt-ins.

Results:

We saw an immediate increase in their contacts, higher engagement through the website as demonstrated by analytics and heat map tracking. Locations saw a significant increase in foot traffic and reached $1.5M over goal for Q3 2019.
