Overview:

Boundless is a promotional product distributor, based in Austin, Texas, specializing in creating long-lasting, positive connections with the target audiences of its customers. Boundless turned to SmartBug Media® to upgrade its website to generate leads and better explain its products and services. After a comprehensive discovery process that included persona interviews, SmartBug created a custom homepage as well as templates for the rest of the website.

Problem the company had:

For a company that specializes in branded merchandise, the Boundless brand wanted to make a better impression with website visitors. The site wasn’t generating quality leads and wasn’t adequately highlighting Boundless’s products and culture.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

SmartBug built a custom homepage that included fun graphical elements, social proof, and persona-driven messaging bolstered by our interviews with Boundless clients. We also built templates and CTAs that were applied to other pages on the website. SmartBug also created portfolio and lookbook pages to showcase customer success stories and examples of promotional product campaigns that Boundless has created for its customers.

Results:

Boundless now has a website that highlights its products, services, and culture. Also, the site better speaks to the target audience. CTAs, which were lacking on the previous site, now assist in navigation and help capture lead information.
