Overview:

When High Fidelity came to us, they had recently gone through a rebrand but had yet to translate this new direction into their website or Desktop Application. They wanted to redesign their website in HubSpot with the new brand direction and use the HubSpot API to set up an integration between their desktop app and their CRM to track user engagement. Lean Labs worked closely with their team to design and develop a highly interactive design system with all of the proper integrations.

Problem the company had:

High Fidelity had recently gone through its Series D funding and needed a new marketing website that gave them more analytics and transparency into user behavior as well as a new digital presence following its recent branding exercises.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

Lean Labs built the entire new website using custom modules so that High Fidelity could own and quickly spin up new pages and campaigns using tested, on-brand modules. Lean Labs also worked closely with the application developers to create a sync between the HubSpot CRM and the High Fidelity users signing into their Metaverse accounts. This integration gave High Fidelity access to customer behavior within the CRM so that we could set up marketing automation and personalization.

Results:

After launching, we saw an immediate uptick in desktop installations. The homepage bounce and exit rates dropped by over 10%. Also, the ability to access in-world user data allowed us to set up automated campaigns to increase user engagement.
