Hoali is addressing to individuals via an app helping and informing them on their waste sorting. Hoali also provides trainings in terms of sustainable development to local authorities and companies, improving their day to day waste management.
Not to mention the logo rework, the global design has radically improved. The navigation becomes way lighter and easier to understand. Some CTAs have been added, which wasn’t the case in the original version, obviously improving the conversion rate.

Overview:

The main project was to build an attractive website addressing a B to B to C problem. Hoali has multiple missions. First, training local authorities and companies in their awareness of sustainable development in their day to day functions. Then, providing consumers an app that will make their life way easier in terms of waste sorting.Hence, the website has to answer the needs of those two personas in the most optimal way.

Problem the company had:

The startup's value proposition concerns the sorting of waste among users. To optimize sorting, it is necessary to act with local authorities and businesses while increasing the personas skills and developing Hoali’s expertise in an immature market.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

A whole new design and ergonomy has been developed through the HubSpot CMS.
Some features were also introduced from HubSpot functionalities such as an agenda, forms, and CTAs. Their sales and marketing dashboards were also personalized according to their goals. We also trained their teams to different subjects such as :
- Inbound marketing methodology
- Inbound sales methodology
- The HubSpot platform

Results:

- The website has gone from 100 to more than 700 monthly visits
- An average of 10 new SQL leads attracted each month against 2 maximum previously
- 4 new clients in the 3 months following the online release
- 70K€ of turnover generated from those clients
