Nikko AM is one of APAC's largest fund management firms. They offer investment products for large financial institutions and direct-to-consumer investment products via their online investment platform, GoalsGetter - a fintech, Robo-finance app. We were engaged to establish a unique brand for this direct-to-consumer tool, strategically redevelop the app, custom-build graphing interfaces, and create a highly-sophisticated nurture programme to tackle missing conversion optimisation opportunities.
Problem the company had:
GoalsGetter lacked a user-centric, conversion-focused, public-facing website that met their dynamic requirements. The GoalsGetter app needed to be redeveloped and integrated with HubSpot to better manage the variety of options they offer investors.
The Hubspot CMS solution:
We utilised an innovative UX and UI strategy to redesign and develop a public-facing website on CMSHub that was user-centric, conversion-focused and mobile-friendly. We custom-built a graphing interface to dynamically display investment product data. Integrating the app with HubSpot allowed us to develop a deal stage-based nurture at a customer's exact joining stage. This nurture was supported by highly-educational, lead-generating content specific to GoalsGetters personas.
GoalsGetter now has a new, playful consumer brand that comfortably sits alongside the Nikko AM parent brand and an innovative website that encourages users at every touchpoint of their journey.
