Oxford Creativity is a UK based training and consultancy company and developers of ‘Oxford TRIZ’. They engaged D2e to design a new clean, user-friendly website that both retained the essence of their distinctive branding and leveraged the full power of Content Hub. The project goals were to optimise lead generation and lead management in one system, simplify and automate core internal processes to free up employee time, and create a website to support business growth.

Problem the company had:

Oxford Creativity’s website had become like “Medusa’s hair”. It was full of information but exceedingly difficult to navigate, and its distinctive style added complexity, resulting in it failing to deliver leads and creating more work for employees.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

A new HubSpot hosted website was designed and launched in 2019, delivering one system for generating and managing leads. Using the Content Hub theme, template and module system, a well-structured and easy to navigate architecture was implemented, creating a logical user journey whilst retaining the distinctive feel of the company. By setting up landing pages, CTAs, forms and follow-on e-mails, the website delivered new leads to the HubSpot CRM, best supporting Oxford Creativity’s sales process.

Results:

The new website resulted in online contacts increasing from 0 to 90 per month and streamlined the journey from conversion to customer, increasing sales and reducing staff workload.
