A new HubSpot hosted website was designed and launched in 2019, delivering one system for generating and managing leads. Using the CMS Hub theme, template and module system, a well-structured and easy to navigate architecture was implemented, creating a logical user journey whilst retaining the distinctive feel of the company. By setting up landing pages, CTAs, forms and follow-on e-mails, the website delivered new leads to the HubSpot CRM, best supporting Oxford Creativity’s sales process.
