C2A is a company which offers solutions for transportation professionals. It provides different cards with advantages such as easier payments and expense management. C2A needs a website redesign to continue its growth in the transportation industry.

Overview:

The challenge for Make the Grade is to create a clean slate for thinking and developing a conversion website. Implementing easily editable modules for marketers. Linking the CMS directly to the CRM in order to eliminate manual tasks and review old content to be SEO friendly. Create a multilingual website for the 8 countries where C2A operates. And finally have a clear design that speaks to transportation professionals.

Problem the company had:

C2A used to have an old website on the WordPress CMS. Many plugins weren't properly synchronized, which mades any changes difficult. The lack of SEO optimization and the manual processes for data use could not generate many leads.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

For this project, Content Hub Professional and the HubSpot CRM Suite Starter are used. Make the Grade created a custom website for C2A by developing easily editable modules for their teams to make them autonomous on the HubSpot Content Hub. Ergonomic and graphic mockups were designed, as well as a site map dedicated to conversion and SEO. Multi-language variations were created, especially in English, Italian and Polish. Visible results are now observed.

Results:

From a quantitative perspective, C2A now has between 70 and 80% of visitors who are unknown prospects in the current database. C2A got 3 times more leads than on their previous website and the French part of them is converted at 13%.
