ECF Pro Conduite came to us because they were facing various problems that were reducing the company's productivity. To address these issues, Ideagency offered them a hybrid solution that was implemented in a short period of time. This solution included the redesign of the website with the Kilimandjaro template, with a custom design of some modules and specific pages such as the homepage.
ECF Pro Conduite had problems with their website. There were many different tools to manage, the website wasn’t representative of their customers, making changes was a complex and laborious task and the User Interface and Experience was lacking.
We offered them to use our homemade website template Kilimandjaro. Using an existing and flexible template allowed our ECF to save time and respond to their controlled budget. In addition, we did the custom development of many specific pages of the site. The goal was to create a website that answered needs, criteria and represented our client. Our trainee was charged of creating the website despite not having any skills on website development but the Kilimandjaro template made this task easy.
After less than 3 months of project, we delivered them a brand web website on time, on budget and on spec which matched with their expectations. The number of clients has been multiplied by 10 and the lead generation has increased by 567%.
