AGA develops and administers customized group insurance and retirement plans. They called on Globalia expertise to support them in the redesign of their website. The main focus was on lead-generation in order to collect more information about their different personas and turn them into qualified leads.Globalia has been mandated to implement different lead acquisition strategy based on a complete rebranding of their new website to optimize the user journey and simplify the navigation.

The website architecture was unbalanced and relevant content was difficult to find. People were having a hard time looking for information which caused a significant loss of qualified leads.

We reviewed the entire sitemap in order to create the best site structure. As a powerful launching user flow, we designed an interactive banner aligned directly with the profile and the buyer’s journey of the identified persona. Content and information are pushed related to the CTA selected on the banner. At the end, the user flow map has infinite possibilities.

Results:

AGA’s new site has increased the number of new contacts by 83,59% in one year. Also, their sessions increased by 22,69% and mobile sessions by 11,89%, a direct result of the UX redesign.
