Shawcity had outgrown its website - built on a CMS reaching its end of life, and that was difficult to update. Also, the website wasn’t connected to other marketing tools, so there was no easy way to nurture and update customers and prospects.
Shawcity tasked Blend with the creation of a new, modern eCommerce website. We delivered a new website that seamlessly integrates Shopify’s powerful eCommerce capabilities with the marketing automation and CRM of HubSpot. For this project, we: • Designed every page to offer a frictionless user experience • Combined Shopify and HubSpot Content Hub so that teams can update the website with ease • Customised contact forms to collect variant SKU at the point of enquiry for efficient lead processing
Shawcity now has a website that delivers a smoother user experience, resulting in increased order frequency and lead generation. With HubSpot fully integrated with Shopify, they have the data and tools to better market their products and drive sales.
