Having all our data centralised in 1 place simplifies tracking what specific contacts looked into/engaged with. It gives the advantage to only work with one tool to manage our marketing activities. We started Inbound Marketing and need to elaborate on it further but saw the results fast. Sales & marketing alignment is crucial for us. We consider ourselves as one team and work in HubSpot every day. Having all information in HubSpot in the first place makes our life easier! Centralisation is key.

Problem the company had:

We had no real marketing department before May 2019, with only one full-time employee in marketing. We needed to divide time on all possible marketing activities. Furthermore, some parts of our website were hosted by another provider.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

Thanks to the tools and automations of HubSpot we can manage all marketing tasks in a very small team. Using HubSpot fully gives us the option to work with only one marketing tool, which increases efficiency and saves time. Migrating to Content Hub gave us the capabilities to fully control our website. We now have the ability to create new content and maintain the existing site easily, without the need of a full-time developer.

Results:

Increased traffic. Continuously raising conversion rates. More independence, standardisation and centralisation of tools within the marketing department. ‘Limited’ Inbound strategy, but goal of 50% of revenue from inbound reached in 5 months’ time.
