Overview:

Within 2 weeks, Linke had migrated her website to Hubspot with all quality controls passed. Thanks to this, right now they have a platform that centralizes all their content and that also allows them to track lead opportunities until the final sale. As a bonus, a sheet integration was carried out with the Bright Talk webinar system, being able to monitor all interactions at the marketing level.

Problem the company had:

Linke had the Hubspot CRM as well as the integrated blog. The website was hosted on an external server and created with the Wordpress cms. Leads were registered on external platforms and centralized manually in Hubspot.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

To minimize development time, the project was carried out in 2 phases: It started with the migration of the Wordpress website with the Hubspot team, leaving an exact replica within the Content Hub. The second phase consisted of the complete redesign of the website taking advantage of Content Hub tools such as multi-language content management, dynamic content, forms, etc.

Results:

With the Hubspot website, the marketing and sales team was able to centralize and monitor all the leads received, measure the results of the actions carried out at the communication level and generate conversations between the leads and the sales team.
