To support Crew’s marketing initiatives for the year, we helped them optimize their marketing technology by moving to HubSpot and utilizing its CMS & CRM Hub. In addition to rapidly moving their CMS from Wix to HubSpot, we also assisted in connecting the work marketing is executing on the front end, with CRM and sales on the backend.

Problem the company had:

Crew’s primary lead mechanism used to in-person events, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was more important than ever to ensure sufficient digital mechanisms were put in place for educating, capturing, and storing leads digitally.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

We first moved Crew’s CMS to HubSpot which enabled widespread content-creation from virtually anyone on the team. This made it incredibly easy to create digital experiences that could engage and capture leads on the website. Additionally, we also worked with the RevOps team at Crew to connect their HubSpot database to Salesforce, for ensuring maximum coordination with sales.

Results:

Launching the solution helped enable the creation of digital experience at scale, and more importantly made it easier for the sales team to get lead information between platforms.
