24|7 recruits pharmacy temporary placements in Canada and France. Since they have two different personas, we created a double HubSpot theme to adapt 24|7's brand to each target: a brighter and bolder version for the candidates, and a simple straightforward entrance for the recruiters. To give their 25 collaborators the freedom to focus on their human-centered service, we integrated another client’s external solution and automated small repetitive tasks.

Problem the company had:

Their business would require a recognizable visual brand, a simplified version of their recruitment process, automation, and external integrations to be able to receive all the clients that would arrive with their Inbound strategy.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

By interviewing individuals from their two different targets, we’ve created two different Inbound strategies: this concerns SEO strategies and Blog Articles, but 24|7 also benefited from HubSpot theme functionalities. This decision allows us to personalize the visuals to the navigating styles of each user persona. Recruiting workflows, Automation, and web triggers were also mapped, implemented, and tested so the site could hold the upcoming WebApp / Log-In integration.

Results:

RH teams used to spend around 14 days finding the right candidate. After one month of having their new site online, they've optimized their process to 3 days.
