Organized all the partners into a directory, allow new partners to come into the directory, by submitting an application. You can search the directory and find different providers, and filter partners via Hubspot CRM Enterprise, Hubspot Marketing Hub Enterprise, because they needed custom objects, workflows, and codes. Search and filters were powered by Algolia, as the Hubspot search API has limitations, and the cliented needed more than 3 search properties. Also built in a login system.
Problem the company had:
Spektrix needed a way to keep their partners organized, with an easy way to find them, both for themselves and their other partners. They also wanted to make it simple for new partners to apply for a role and register.
The Hubspot CMS solution:
A partner database was built, that codified all of the existing partners of Spektrix into a database that could be searched and filtered. This was done via Hubspot CRM Enterprise and Hubspot Marketing Hub Enterprise due to the fact that they needed custom objects, workflows, and codes. The search was powered by Algolia, again because custom objects and more search filters were needed. Finally, a feature was built to allow new partners to apply and register as such.
Both Spektrix and their partners were now able to maintain an organized and efficient database of solutions and tools.
