Asendia needed a complete reorientation to inbound marketing - a new digital marketing concept from scratch. In addition, brand positioning, web development/structure and a lead generation strategy were also required.

Problem the company had:

Problem 1: Establish a new brand with a new service for a very specific audience. Problem 2: No website / online presence existed. Problem 3: No CRM in place, and no way to manage the leads across teams → Marketing and Sales were not aligned.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

Problem 1 and 2 were solved by focussing the rebrand on the brand’s essence – why Asendia exists instead of what they do. With a growth driven design approach, the new website was built in HubSpot CMS and an Optimiser Web App was developed and integrated. To solve problem 3, the buyer’s journey was mapped to the HubSpot CRM. The implementation processes ensured that marketing and sales were aligned during onboarding onto the CRM.

Results:

The website now has 5387 visitors per month. 85 leads are generated per month, 46 of which can be converted to marketing qualified leads. In addition, the conversion rate has increased from 25% to 45%.
