As a forward-thinking company, OT&P wanted to build their digital presence and provide the same quality service online that they do in their clinics. The website was rebuilt using Content Hub and with features like HubDB for creating an easy to use doctor search function. Through innovative design, great content and full support from the OT&P team we were able to exponentially increase traffic, keyword rankings and bookings online in just a year.

Problem the company had:

OT&P's previous website was basic, didn't function well for mobile devices (which was a majority of their traffic) and wasn't converting online bookings well. They also weren't ranking on Google for many of the core services that they were offering.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

To improve the user experience we created an interface that was easy to use and tested on all age groups (especially with the older audience who were less-tech savvy). HubDB was used to create an intuitive search function for finding the right doctor. Website pages and blogs were used to improve SEO and create informative medical package/service pages which are now at the very top of Google search. Chatbots were built to help with online queries and free up the busy front desk phones lines.

Results:

Organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates and bookings have all grown exponentially. OT&P & Oxygen were the winners of the HubSpot Website Design award for Q4 2019.
