Overview:

When Cases By Source came to Kuno Creative, their hope was to migrate their website over to HubSpot (both the custom case and e-commerce pages) and have it fully redesigned. The original website, however, was hosted on an outdated platform that required developer-level knowledge in order to make updates. With this in mind, the team at Kuno Creative recommended a phased approach that would begin with the redesign and development of custom case pages before moving on to the e-commerce portion.

Problem the company had:

Cases By Source had outsourced their website years ago, so the site was hosted on an outdated platform. This made it difficult for team members to readily access the website to make changes while creating a poor user experience for website visitors.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

Kuno Creative took a UX-based approach to the website redesign and leveraged buyer persona insights. By focusing on the interests and needs of end-users, the Kuno team created a portfolio (backed by HubDB) that preloads to each custom case category page. So if you're a marketing manager of consumer products and want to see examples of cases in the aluminum category, the portfolio will automatically load to that respective page, or you can choose relevant filters on the actual portfolio page.

Results:

Kuno Creative has seen better segmentation and data around users as they interact with the website, and the HubSpot Conversations tool has leads connecting with salespeople earlier on, providing insights into what they're looking for on the site.
