Overview:

Prior to working with Groove Commerce, KegWorks hosted their blog on WordPress. As they made the move from Magento 1 to BigCommerce, the client also wanted to understand their analytics better. So, they invested in HubSpot to build a new blogging experience, better understand their analytics and leverage the data to make more informed business decisions.

Problem the company had:

WordPress did not provide KegWorks with valuable blog performance. With HubSpot, our client now gains more insights and uses the functionality to sell more. HubSpot data allows for cross-selling, up-selling and understanding their customers better.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

We integrated KegWorks' HubSpot blog with BigCommerce to allow for the connection between the HubSpot blog and the BigCommerce website to work. In order to allow the blog to show as a subdomain to their BigCommerce site, we needed to develop custom blog templates. We also used the HubSpot & BigCommerce Integration by Groove Commerce to connect the two.

Results:

In the first 30 days post-launch compared to year-over-year, transactions increased by over 35%, revenue increased by over 3% and conversion rate increased by over 48%.
