RTSSG had a website that they found complicated to use, and was difficult to navigate for their members. The site had a lot of great content, but it was buried within links and pages. They wanted to present a clear message, attract new members to sell memberships, events, and products.

Problem the company had:

The site had no clear customer journey, was not bringing in new members, and stylistically needed to be revised. As a marketing tool, it was not performing, and not reflective of their social media presence, which is 20k plus members.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

Our joint focus was to re-design the website, create a customer journey, and enable the payment of memberships, products and events. Using the HubSpot Content Hub we crafted an outcome that was reflective of the passion of the club and Facebook page. Our solution resulted in a new membership website, branding, e-commerce, and a clear customer journey.

Results:

The website now reflects the passion of the brand, and member base and is driving 100% more organic traffic than the previous website. Even more importantly it is now built to support the business and the member base, adding value on both fronts.
