Axon Garside were tasked with creating a new website for Lloyds British in order to bring full functionality, attributability and contemporary design to the organisation's digital presence. The design of the website was to focus heavily upon the business’s priority services whilst continuing to offer a good user experience to prospects for all services offered by the organisation.

Problem the company had:

The previous website had a poor user experience and zero reporting ability, leaving the organisation completely unable to monitor web generated leads.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

A new website was constructed to rectify UX issues as well as poor positioning on search engines. This involved new customer journey mapping, keyword analysis, copy creation, image sourcing, design, and building new modules using the HubSpot CMS for full reporting on web leads. All pages feature custom forms which collate submissions into highly segmented lists. A blog was built and has been frequently updated with content which is promoted with pop-ups throughout the site.

Results:

After implementing the new website, we’ve seen continuous growth in organic traffic as well as a high overall website conversion. These conversions all range from top to bottom of the funnel due to the scope of content that we have produced.
