Salted Stone knew that to deliver the growth that ResMed was looking to achieve, the solution needed to delight customers and the journey they took. This included looking for ways to enhance the sales and service models, innovating the touchpoints customers have with ResMed, plus raising awareness and engagement for sleep health across Australia. Rather than a single team owning and supporting ResMed’s digital channel, Salted Stone helped to architect HubSpot to be central to ResMed’s business.

Problem the company had:

The client needed a new website that consolidated all of their existing assets into one central, branded ecosystem. It had to be built in a way that allowed ResMed to continually scale it once the initial launch and engagement was complete.

The Hubspot Content Hub solution:

This new B2C website launched ResMed’s product catalogue directly to consumers for the first time by seamlessly integrating with BigCommerce. It accommodates multiple personas and pathways across four core areas (Sleep Health, Snoring, Insomnia and Sleep Apnea) to lead to relevant personalised information, solutions and products. The site can take a user through the entire flywheel with all the functionality consumers expect from a true omnichannel experience.

Results:

Conversion rates of lead-gen offers are consistently achieving 25-40%. Within months, qualified leads grew from hundreds to then thousands per month.
