Overview:

ClientPoint needed a website as modern as its enterprise sales software, one that supported the buyer’s journey with thoughtful information architecture. On their old site, too many pages and a large sitemap confused visitors about the software’s functionality and purpose. The new site needed to streamline the way they presented their core messaging, make their product feel more accessible, and convert visitors into leads.

Problem the company had:

After making some significant upgrades to their proposal software’s featureset, ClientPoint’s executive team came to Salted Stone seeking a streamlined website that would give their brand a contemporary look and feel.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

We knew that the missing piece of the puzzle with ClientPoint’s website was a clear picture of their audience and their jobs to be done, so we engaged directly with the leadership and product teams to help understand exactly what the buyer’s journey looked like. With those personas in mind, we created new designs, re-mapped the information architecture, and developed the site to be flexible, responsive, and conversion optimized.

Results:

The new design highlighted ClientPoint’s case studies and authority in a way that makes partners and leads say “wow!”. Their sales team no longer apologizes to leads before sharing a link - instead, leads come to them from the website.
