Overview:

SMCNSW was established in 2012 as a not-for-profit organisation to manage two of Sydney’s larger cemeteries: Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park and Woronora Memorial Park. They had two separate websites for each park and a separate SMC NSW site each with different branding. The challenge was to design and build a single site in CMS Hub that integrated all existing websites into one site and ensure a consistent brand and user experience throughout.

Problem the company had:

The SMCNSW brand was spread out over three sites and was inconsistent as a result customers and visitors were not aware that the memorial parks were part of the SMCNSW brand. The sites were also hard to manage and had no CMS functionality.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

We designed and built a new site that consolidated the different memorial parks into one site under one brand. Increasing awareness of SMCNSW and it’s two memorial parks and providing a better user experience for customers.

The site CMS system uses templates and modules so that SMCNSW staff can manage the site themselves. It ensure pages created are consistent with the brand guidelines and styles whilst also adhering to UX and UI guidelines built into the system.

Results:

A very happy client and successful launch. "Thank you - the site is a huge success so far. It was a great team effort, this has been a big project for the business which has gone so smoothly. Jennifer Potter, Manager ‑ Marketing & Growth.
