HubSpot COS Update: Choose jQuery Version

Written By Sapphire Reels on Jan 30, 2015 10:00:00 AM

Update in 2020: jQuery can now be disabled entirely.

Here at HubSpot, we keep the customer in mind in every facet of our business. One of the easiest ways we can make sure that our product features solve user pain points is to keep our ears tuned for customer feedback.  Not only does this allow for continuous updates, it creates updates that add value to the users experience.

You asked, we listened. With recent release of jQuery 1.11, we've updated the HubSpot COS to allow users to pick which version of jQuery they would like to work with. This gives our savvy designer and developer community the flexibility to create content on the COS.

How does it work?

Navigate to the Content Settings page. Under the "jQuery Version" dropdown, select the version of jQuery applicable for your website.

We'd really like to know what you think of these updates.  After you've had some time to try it out, leave us some comments below or let us know in the Designers Forum.
